Record keeping
18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A Compliance Statement
amateurhaven.com (“AmateurHaven”) is an adult-content discovery and referral website. AmateurHaven does not upload, produce, reproduce, host, store, sell, or directly distribute the underlying visual depictions accessible through third-party embeds or links.
AmateurHaven may display embedded third-party players, hyperlinks, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, categories, and search results that direct users to content made available and controlled by independent third-party websites, studios, producers, account holders, licensors, or other content providers (“Third-Party Providers”).
With respect to third-party content, AmateurHaven’ role is limited to technical referral, embedding, indexing, categorization, display, and linking services. The applicable Third-Party Provider, uploader, producer, studio, account holder, or originating website is responsible for maintaining any records required under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and other applicable law.
AmateurHaven does not act as a producer of third-party content solely because it provides an embed, link, listing, thumbnail, title, description, search result, category, or other technical reference to that content.
To the extent applicable, content accessible through AmateurHaven may be exempt from 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and/or 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because it does not depict conduct covered by those provisions, was created before the applicable statutory dates, and/or because AmateurHaven does not act as a “producer” as defined by applicable law. This statement applies only where an exemption is factually and legally applicable.
Requests concerning records for a specific item of content should be directed to the applicable Third-Party Provider or originating website. For assistance identifying that provider, contact: [email protected]
To report suspected underage, non-consensual, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content, contact [email protected] or use our Content Removal / Safety Reporting Page. Include the relevant AmateurHaven URL and, where available, the destination URL.
AmateurHaven may remove or disable an embed, link, listing, thumbnail, or other reference while a report is reviewed.
